Infra Support of CEPTI - Brasilia centralized data center (110 professionals);

 

[Mar 2012 – Mar 2013] Responsible for the AB InBev (Europe) Datacenter Migration and Transformation Project, setting up a new Data Center in Europe and the Remote Infrastructure Management team in India (RIM). It was the first global project at Capgemini evolving three different countries/continents on the same delivery: Brazil, Netherlands and India;

 

Experience in deployment and operation of the project “TI Localidades" for AB-InBev, producing a single structure for centralized service for approximately 35,000 users in Brazil and Latin America. (Capgemini / CPM Braxis)

 

Responsible for the AB-InBev partners and suppliers infrastructure management, incident and problem management,  all IT infrastructure at factories and CDD's (Direct Distribution Centre) in over 140 locations in Brazil, and leading a team of over 140 professionals. (Capgemini / CPM Braxis)

 

Experience in adapting the model of trilingual centralized service at Gol Linhas Aereas, managing and monitoring the infrastructure of Active Directory and File Server, enabling fast deployment and intervention in cases of operational failures.

 

Responsible for the implementation and execution of a full outsourcing contract at CPTM – Sao Paulo Metropolitan Trains, providing a reduction in operating costs of the project and financial delivery of the contract to a 15% margin above the operational plan.

 

Providing customer service at “Tupy”, being responsible for the implementation of the Enterprise Service Desk model and implementation of procedures for managing incidents, problems, changes and field services.
